A Day for Meaning
A day where we pause globally on client work and business operations to concentrate on accelerating DE&I efforts by shifting our behaviors and actions to be more inclusive. In Japan, in line with the global program, a workshop with all employees has been held since DFM 1.0 in 2019.
Meaningful Connection
Through purposefully designed communities, our global network comes together to form meaningful connections and foster belonging, affirming culture and inclusion as key drivers of creativity and innovation.
The Women’s Leadership Network
The Women’s Leadership Network aims to be the force for gender equality and opportunity for women within IPG. In Japan, we have joined and collaborated with external organizations such as UN Women to help understand the gender-equality challenges our colleagues may be facing, and leverage those learnings to advocate for every colleague to contribute to creating a more inclusive workplace where women can thrive.
