”PLASTIC RELAY project” Mitsubishi Electric developed "AI Smart Electrostatic Separation," an AI-powered technology that automatically separates mixed plastic waste with exceptional precision. The process resembles "Synchronized Walking (Shudan Kodo)," the disciplined group performance practiced at Nippon Sport Science University. In this project, NSSU's synchronized walking team members visualized the AI-driven sorting process by wearing three different colored shirts, each representing a different plastic type. The goal was to demonstrate the extraordinary accuracy and technological innovation behind Mitsubishi Electric's advancement through captivating, flawlessly synchronized group movement that sparks excitement and wonder.
